Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the application, which is supported by an affidavit alongwith compromise dated 9.12.2013 (Annexure A-1), the instant application is allowed and the Regular Second Appeal bearing RSA No.997 of 2012 is ordered to be disposed of, in terms of the compromise dated 9.12.2013.
The compromise dated 9.12.2013 (Annexure A-1) shall form part of the decree and the parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions thereof.
Disposed of, accordingly.
