When the matter was listed on 28.08.2014, notice to the appellants was issued as the counsel representing them had expired. But for 29.10.2014, the report was received that appellants no. 1 to 3 have since died and service of appellant no. 4 was effected by affixation. Even today there is no representation from the appellants.
