Applicants seek disposal of the appeal in terms of the compromise deed dated 12.3.2014 (Annexure C-I).
Learned counsel for the parties are ad-idem that present application has been moved by both the parties in the form of a joint application. The parties have arrived at an amicable settlement by way of compromise deed dated 12.3.2014 (Annexure C-I). They jointly pray that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of compromise deed.
On the oral request made by learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is taken on board for final disposal.
