Vide C.M.No.4107-C-2014, prayer has been made to
withdraw the instant appeal as the parties have compromised the matter. Even original compromise dated 13.12.2013 has been placed on record along with translation. The application is also supported by an affidavit of one of the appellants.
In view thereof, prayer made in the application is allowed and the main appeal is taken on board and the same is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.
