Learned counsel for the appellant-State submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.2.2014 passed by this Court, he has received a written communication dated 6.3.2014, issued by the office of General Manager, Punjab Roadways, Moga to Director, State Transport, Punjab. The abovesaid communication dated 6.3.2014 is placed on recorded as 'Mark A'.
Learned counsel for the State further submits that in view of the fact that after retirement of the respondent-plaintiff all the retiral benefits have been granted to him, no cause of action survives and the instant appeal may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
Ordered accordingly.
