This case is stated to have been burnt at the time when record room of the Branch of this Court containing the case files of FAOs caught fire in an incident and despite many reminders in the cause list, as per the report of the Registry, even though Sh. L.S. Sidhu, Advocate, who had filed this appeal, was informed to supply the photocopy of the paper-book, the same has not been done.
Since there is no record, whatsoever, pertaining to the case remaining in this Court other than the number and title of the case, obviously no further proceedings can be held with regard to the same.
Consequently, the appeal stands disposed of with liberty to either of the parties to move an appropriate application for revival of the same, along with a copy of the paper-book.
