This is claimants’ appeal challenging the impugned Award
dated 05.12.2013 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali in Claim Petition No.24 of 30.03.2013, on the ground of inadequacy of compensation.
Learned counsel for the appellants states that the aforesaid Award has been set aside by the Tribunal at the instance of the Insurance Company and in view thereof the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.
Ordered accordingly.
