Learned Additional Advocate General has drawn our attention
to Page 225 of the paper-book, where in para 4 of the latest affidavit, it has been stated that in future also, due care will be taken that no retail liquor outlet is found located in violation of Clause 1.2.3 of the Excise Policy and such a liquor vend shall also be got re-located after the license period is over.

The aforesaid, thus, subserves that the objective which was in
our mind that even if a new educational institution comes up in proximity of
the existing vend, after the period of license is over, that vend would be relocated so that there is no perpetuation of the problem.
No further directions are required.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
