This petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the payment of pending bills of the work done by the petitioner, mentioned in legal notice dated 04.03.2014 along with interest @ 18% p.a.
This petition, at this stage is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 3 and 4 to look in to the legal notice dated 04.03.2014 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If respondent Nos.3 and 4 come to a conclusion that the petitioner is entitled to the amount mentioned above, the same be released forthwith.
