Instant writ petition has been filed against the election to be held under the provisions of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act. Since there is no stay, even fresh elections have taken place and term of that managing committee has also expired, present writ petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioners have
any grievance, they will be at liberty to move appropriate application.
