We are not inclined to entertain the present petition as the larger issue is already before us in CWP No.20359 of 2013. In fact, in an almost identical endeavour in CWP No.825 of 2014 as also CWP No.12 of 2014, both taken up on 20.1.2014, we had refused to entertain those petitions and, in fact, those petitions stood withdrawn with liberty to the counsels to assist the Court if they seek to point out any specific aspect.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, states that he also would seek to withdraw the petition and if there is any special aspect which he would like to point out, he will do so in the already pending petition where investigation is being monitored.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
