At the outset, it is fairly stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that an identical petition bearing CWP No.2707 of 2014 (Balwinder Singh and others versus Central Administrative Tribunal and others) has been dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench vide order dated 13.02.2014.
For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order, the
instant writ petition is also dismissed.
