Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.10.2013 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.4 – Deputy Collector, Tohana, Water Services Division, Tohana, District Fatehabad and order dated 12.09.2014 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.2 – Superintending Canal Officer, Bhakhra Water Services Circle, Fatehabad.
Heard.
Earlier, CWP No.20721 of 2014 titled 'Vinod Kumar v. The State of Haryana and others' was filed by son of the petitioner challenging the impugned orders, which has been dismissed vide detailed judgment dated 07.10.2014.
In view of above, present petition is dismissed.
