Learned counsel for the parties state that the only issue raised
in the present petition is that what has been granted by the Tribunal is beyond what was prayed for by respondent no. 2 (original petitioner before the Tribunal).

claim any relief beyond what he had prayed before the Tribunal and that he would be satisfied if his case is considered for promotion to the post of Traffic Manager on completing the period of five years' work experience on the post of Station Supervisor Grade I, which is stated to have been completed on 13.02.2003.
The aforesaid being the position, learned counsel for the petitioner/Department has no objection to the aforesaid limited relief, and thus, the impugned order stands modified to the aforesaid extent and the petition stands disposed of.
The Department to take necessary action within a maximum period of two months from today.
