The petitioner is stated to have represented the State
Government for release of his land in village Sunaria Kalan,
Rohtak, which was acquired vide notifications dated 7.1.2008 and
6.1.2009 and in relation to which the Award was passed on
4.1.2011. It is stated that pursuant to the decision rendered by
this Court on 30.5.2013 in CWP-11644-2013 titled as Smt. Prem
Lata and anothervs. State of Haryana and others(Annexure P-12),
lands of various similarly situated persons have been released
and representation (Annexure P-7) of the petitioner is pending
consideration before the concerned authorities.
Having regard to the above-stated plea taken by the
petitioner, however, without expressing any views on merits of
his claim, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to

the respondents to consider the pending representation of the
petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with
law/Government Policy after passing a speaking order as early as
