This petition dealing with the issue of closure/ shifting of
stone crushers situated in village Khanak, District Bhiwani, was directed to be heard along with CWP-15219-1996. That petition was, however, withdrawn on 17.7.1998. It appears that the present petition has rem ained unattended being treated as adjourned sine die for som e reasons not apparent from the record.
We are of the view that much water has flown since the petition was originally filed and the petition has worked itself out. This is apart from the fact that the connected petition already stands dismissed as withdrawn.
We, thus, dispose of the petition as having become
infructuous.
