Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, is taken on record. As per affidavit, the electricity connection CL40/273 installed in
the name of the petitioner has not been disconnected as per notice daated 18.09.2001 (P-3) and it has further been undertaken that the said connection will not be disconnected on account of any dues of M/s Shiv Textiles, as mentioned in the petition.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
