Fresh notice was issued to the petitioners as well as to their counsel for today and as per office report, notice issued to the petitioner has been received back unserved with the report that the office of the petitiones has been locked since a long time and Mr. Sanjeev Sharma, counsel for the petitioners has been informed through his clerk. However, no one has put in appearance.
Prayer in this petition is for seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to accept the offer of Rs.390 lacs made by the petitioner.
Since the office of the petitioners has been locked since a long time, the petition is dismissed.
However, a liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the order revived, within 03 months, if so advised.
