It is agreed that the writ petition be disposed of in terms of the interim orders passed by this Court on 21.8.2008 which would continue to operate during the pendency of the S.A. The DRT to make an endeavour to dispose of the S.A. as expeditiously as possible, especially taking into consideration the fact that the S.A. in question is of the vintage 2007 and is seven years old, preferably, within three months of the receipt of the order.
At the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, it is clarified that if the parties agree the m atter may be referred to Lok Adalat as, according to petitioner, most of the am ount already stands paid.
The petition accordingly stands disposed of.
