After arguing for some time, counsel does not press the writ petition, which is directed against the order dated 26.12.2013 (Annexure P7) vide which Labour Court decided on the issue of the fairness of the enquiry proceedings. Vide the said order, it has been held that the enquiry has been conducted in a fair and proper manner in accordance with the principle of natural justice and there is no infirmity in conducting the enquiry.
