In pursuance of order dated 07.10.2014 affidavit of Dr. B.S. Sidhu, Chief Conservator of Soils, Punjab, filed in Court today, is taken on record. It has been stated in the affidavit that deponent has approved the revised proposal for change of alignment of pipeline and the same will not pass through the land of the petitioner. Copy of revised sanction and plan has been annexed with affidavit as Annexure R-2.
In view of this, present petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous.
