The petitioner has sought to raise an important issue of adequate healthcare facilities for family control. There are specific allegations and suggestions and the petitioner m ade a representation (Annexure P-19) to the concerned authorities on 19.11.2013, but the same has not evoked any response.
We are of the view that the concerned authorities of the respondents must examine the issue on the basis of the material set out in the petition as also the representation made as Annexure P-19 and take a considered decision. A speaking order in this behalf dealing with all the issues should be comm unicated to the petitioner within a maximum
period of one month from today.
