This order shall dispose of the above five petitions as

common question of facts are involved in all these petitions . However,

¶26

for the facility of reference, the facts are being taken from C.W.P No. 10741 of 2013.

The above said petitions have been filed under Article

226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuing a writ in the nature of

¶29

mandamus directing the respondents not to uproot the petitioners from the Grain Market, Kartarpur (Jalandhar City).

On notice, replies have been filed on behalf of respondent

¶31

Nos. 2 to 4 in all the petitions today by the respondents. The same are taken on record. As per replies, the matter was examined in the light of the difficulties and hardship which was likely to be caused to the allottees of the grain market and as well as the fact that it would have led to large scale dislocation of traders. It has been decided not to shift

the sub yard from the present place at Kartarpur.
