The challenge in the instant revision is to the order dated 15.02.2014 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Magistrate under Section 319 Cr.P.C., summoning the petitioner as an additional accused.
Since the aforesaid order passed by the learned Magistrate is revisable, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file revision against the impugned order dated 15.02.2014 (Annexure P-8) before the Sessions Court.
