Earlier petition i.e. CRM No.M-7124 of 2010 filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed as withdrawn.
The instant petition i.e. CRM No.M-5591 of 2013 is pending before this Court seeking bail of the petitioner during pendency of the trial.
This Court has been informed by the Amicus Curiae that the trial has already been concluded and in fact case is fixed before the trial Court for today for final hearing.
In view thereof, learned Amicus Curiae prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
