The petitioners who are alleged to have committed the offences under Sections 382 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 and 54 of the Arms Act, having been in custody right from 3^rd September, 2013, have moved the present petition seeking bail.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that yet another case was also filed as against these petitioners only after this present occurrence.

strongly objects to granting bail to the petitioners.

The learned Assistant Advocate General appearing for the State of Punjab would submit that the petitioners were involved in yet another case. The other accused are yet to be arrested. Therefore, the petitioners are not to be released on bail.

It appears that yet another case has been booked as against these petitioners only the previous day of this occurrence. Further, as per version of the first informant these petitioners were already known to the complainant party. The recovery has already been effected. Abscondance of other accused cannot be a ground to reject the plea of the petitioner.

Therefore, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial court.
