This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner under Sections 302, 323, 341 & 34 IPC at Police Station City Barnala.
Learned State counsel, on the instructions from Dharam Pal, Assistant Sub Inspection, submits that case is now fixed before the trial court for final arguments on 1.12.2014.
In view of statement made by learned State counsel, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
