After making his submissions at quite some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take all the pleas available to them at an appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial Court. He also prays that personal appearance of the petitioner before the learned trial Court be exempted.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the pleas available to them at an appropriate stage of the proceedings before the learned trial Court. However, the petitioners may make an appropriate application before the learned trial Court for exemption of
