Mr.Pardeep Kumar, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law and Order, District Sonepat, has appeared before this Court. He submits that the Superintendent of Police could not come to the Court on account of election duty.
In view of the above, the Superintendent of Police is exempted from personal appearance.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable
