The District and Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur has forwarded the request made by Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Gurdaspur that the case in question be transferred to some other Juvenile Justice Board for disposal as he had been cited as a witness in the case on account of recording of statement of the victim under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by him.
