In compliance of the order, dated 29.11.2014, the affidavit of the Director, Bureau of Investigation, Punjab, Chandigarh, dated 17.12.2014, has been produced by the learned counsel for the State, which is taken on record. It has been averred in the affidavit that in every District of Punjab, the Committees have been constituted to monitor the service and appearance of the official witnesses in the trial Court for suffering the statements.
In view of the above, no further directions are

required to be issued by this Court with regard to appearance of the official witnesses before the Court.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Balwinder Singh of Police Station, Fatehgarh Churian, District Gurdaspur, submits that after completion of the evidence of both the sides, the case before the learned trial Court is fixed for final orders.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press his prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, at this stage.
