Learned counsel for the State contends that after framing charges one prosecution witness has been examined and now the case before the learned trial Court is fixed for 25.09.2014.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
However, in view of the nature of recovery allegedly effected from petitioner and period of incarceration suffered by the petitioner, it is directed that learned trial Court shall conclude the trial by end of December, 2014.
