As per allegation of the prosecution, Pavitar Singh armed with spring field rifle, Mani Bhapa – present applicant armed with 315 bore, Gamma armed with 12 bore, Ajju armed with 315 bore, Gopi armed with 12 bore, Raju armed with 12 bore and Ghait armed with pistol alongwith some more unidentified persons were present in Safari black colour, Mahindra Caper and white Alto. It is further alleged that all of them started firing.
This is second bail application. Earlier bail application was

dismissed as withdrawn on 17.1.2013 with liberty to file the application after examination of the eye witnesses.
Now, the eye witnesses have been examined and have
supported the case of the prosecution.
So, no ground for grant of bail is made out.
Consequently, the petition stands dismissed.
