Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 340 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for taking appropriate action against respondents No. 4 and 5.
Learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 has pointed out that the said respondents have performed marriage against the wishes of the petitioner who is the father of respondent No. 4. Learned counsel has further submitted that respondents No. 4 and 5 are presently residing happily in their matrimonial home and have been blessed with a daughter.
In these circumstances, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.
Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
