The FIR in this case was registered on 26.06.2014 and within two weeks, a representation (Annexure P-2) was made and immediately thereafter this petition has been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is aggrieved only by the conduct of local SHO i.e. respondent No.4.
This petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) and take appropriate action in accordance with law on receipt of copy of the same along with
certified copy of this order.
