This order be read in continuation of earlier orders passed by this Court on 24.7.2013 as well as 6.12.2013.
After obtaining instructions from ASI Sawinder Singh, learned State counsel has informed the Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation and no more required for custodial interrogation.
Counsel for respondent No.2 confirms the factum of compromise arrived at between the parties.
In view of the above, the petition is accepted and the ad interim order dated 24.7.2013 is made absolute.
