Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the orders dated 12.3.2014 (Annexure P-7) and 29.4.2014 (Annexure P-9).
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is presently working in Australia. Petitioner undertakes to appear before the Trial Court as and when directed by the Trial Court.
Personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court, during trial, shall remain exempted subject to the following conditions:-
