The petition is filed praying for protection to the life and liberty to the petitioners in the aftermath of the marriage performed by them.
Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
The 1st petitioner has produced copy of Matriculation Examination Certificate and the 2nd petitioner has produced copy of Aadhar card to show that they have attained majority. The marriage certificate produced by the petitioners would go to show that they have got married. They apprehend danger to their life at the hands of respondents no. 4 to 6. Therefore, respondent no.2 Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda is directed to give proper police protection to the petitioners.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
