Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to investigate the matter and to protect his life and liberty.
Heard.
A perusal of the status report placed on record by the learned State counsel reveals that Special Investigating Team was constituted and during investigation by the said team, various suspected persons were joined on 30.8.2014 but their involvement could not be established.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that petitioner has already filed a private complaint. Since the petitioner has already taken recourse to law by moving a private
