At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the summoning order (Annexure P-7) is revisable, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a revision petition before the Court of Session at the first instance.
Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the above prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
