Learned State counsel, on the instructions of HC Nirmal Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that the whereabouts of the main accused Manoj Kumar are known to the petitioner but he has not, in any manner, helped the investigating agency.
I have considered the facts and circumstances of the case. The main allegations are against Manoj Kumar, who had allegedly kidnapped the daughter of complainant Parkas Singh.
The petition is allowed and interim order dated 20.1.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
