Petitioner claims that the respondents had taken a sum of Rs.9 lacs from him as he was sent to Italy as a bonded labour to work in Spain. On the basis of said allegations an FIR was registered against respondent Nos.5 to 10.
Through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks a direction to the official respondents to fairly investigate the matter and take steps to arrest the respondents.
On the instructions of ASI Babu Ram, State counsel has made a statement that report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C., has been prepared and it will be presented in the Court of the Illaqua Magistrate within a period of 15 days.
In view of said statement, this petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
