Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking protection of their life and liberty from the hands of respondent No. 4 and with a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 not to harass them at the instance of respondent No. 4.
Heard.
Notice was issued to the respondents. Respondents No. 1 to 3 in their reply have submitted that the local police had never raided the house of petitioners No. 1, 2 and 3 nor they were wanted in any case. As per the reply filed by respondent No. 4, there was no relationship inter se the respondents. In fact, respondents No. 1 to 3 were posted at different stations.
