The petitioner has allegedly caused grievous injury on the index
finger of the complainant.
Heard the submission made on either side.
The learned State counsel would vehemently submit that recovery
has already been effected.
Considering the nature of allegation as against the petitioner, the interim anticipatory bail is granted in the following terms:-
In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. He shall join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer. He shall also comply with the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Petition is allowed.
