Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of complainant alleging that the petitioner had outraged her modesty and molested her. He is also alleged to have stabbed the complainant with a knife.
Counsel for the petitioner has vehemently contended that the petitioner had an affair with the complainant for the last 5-6 years and the complainant has now developed illicit relations with some other boy and falsely implicated the petitioner. Few photographs have been placed on record to substantiate the argument that the complainant had been very close to the petitioner.
I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and gone through the allegations in the FIR. The petitioner appears to have exploited the relationship if any by misbehaving with the complainant and having gone to the extent of stabbing her in the
