Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balkar Singh has
informed the Court that the petitioners have given their affidavits on 06.07.2014 before the Police that they do not require any police protection
and they are residing happily. They are not apprehending any danger from the private respondents now.
In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be
passed in the present petition.
