This petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner will put in appearance before the summoning Court within a period of one week or on the date fixed whichever is earlier and in case of his doing so, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the said Court subject to the condition that he will continue to appear before the Court and will not, in any manner, prejudice the expeditious disposal of the proceedings. He will also not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence.

This petition is disposed of in limine in order to save complainant- respondent No.2 from unnecessary expenditure of appearing before this Court. It is observed that if for any reason, complainant – respondent No.2 is not satisfied with the order, it will be open to her to seek review of the order.
