At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions not to challenge the impugned order on merits and seeks time for the revision petitioners to vacate the demised shop and find alternate accommodation. He submits that the revision petitioner is not in a position to pay mesne profits as assessed by the Appellate Authority and requested to allow the petitioners to continue as tenant on the normal rent till he vacates the premises. He further submits that for amicable settlement, he be allowed to withdraw this petition reserving his rights to advance these submissions before Appellate Authority on the next date fixed there on 22.12.2014.
