After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his challenge to the Annexure P-3, an order dated 14.8.2014, whereby by a Court order the documentary evidence of the petitioner/defendant was closed. The order shows that there were several opportunities granted to the petitioner to lead documentary evidence, but the petitioner/defendant had failed to bring his entire documentary evidence on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has merely been granted only two opportunities and not several opportunities as referred in the order dated 14.8.2014 (Annexure P-3).
Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and considering the fact that the matter is fixed for hearing before the trial

Court on 28.10.2014 for final arguments, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this revision petition with a direction to the trial Court to afford one effective opportunity to the petitioner to bring his entire documentary evidence on record. However, the same shall be subject to Rs.15,000/as costs and the petitioner would compensate to the respondent/plaintiff.
The revision petition is disposed of in the above terms.
