Heard.
During the course of arguments, it has transpired that possession of the demised premises had been taken over by the landlord in execution proceedings.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the landlord has now again rented out the premises to someone else. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioners to seek their remedy before the Rent Controller under Section 13 of Haryana Urban (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1973.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
